I think this is totally UNACCEPTABLE & IRRESPONSIBLE.
If they can’t establish the iTunes over here, they should provide another way for the upgrade!! This is just encouraging people to crack the iPod Touch for better utilization of the device.

I’m from the Philippines and the iTunes Music Store is not available to us here. We can buy iPods and iPod Touches from official stores here, but we can’t use ITMS to buy music
